Nowadays everyone is suffering from heavy weight. It isimportant to maintain healthy weight to prevent heart problems andother problems.
* Daily excercise helps to maintain or decrease weight .
* Decrease oil food and out side food .
* Grean tea also help in weight loss because crystillinecompound in it burns fat.
* Diet plan in which includes low carbohydrate food items.
Examples :- white rice, bread.
* Intake of protein diet.
* Decrease sugar content food.
* Drink coffee.
Implementation :-
Decreased carbohydrate diet , and followed daily excercise ,decreased oil food and sugar content food.
Followed daily green tea and coffee . And increased high proeindiet.
This steps helped to decrease weight .my plan is worked but ithappens when we will follow our plan properly.
Increased protein diet .example :- chicken , egg. which helps tomaintain healthy weight.
Barriers :-
Daily excercise is some what difficult , because we will feellazy by doing daily.
Following diet plan is also difficult because we like mostlyfried food items ,and sweet .which contain more oil and sugarcontent food
By followed this steps decreased 2 kgs weight per month. And 3half kg per 2 months .and for 3 months 4 half kgs.
